I will use tomatoes to make the fresh and creamy soup, no extra seasoning needed except the salt, all flavors come from the natural way (vegetables). It is fast and simple to cook, if you are a noodle lover, it is worth a try. It takes around 10 minutes, and you will have one healthy and tasty noodle soup, it Is best recipe to make at home. Ingredients: Dry noodle: 50g Tomato: 200g Onion: 20g Green onion: 3g Egg: 1 (50g) Green leaves: 10g Water: 4/5 cups (for soup) Salt: for taste Vegetable oil: 2 tsp Steps: 1. Cut the tomato to small pieces 2. Chop onion and green onion to small pieces 3. Add 2 cups water in a pot, bring to boil, put noodles in, cook 3-4 mins, add green leaves, cook for 30 seconds 4. Meanwhile, put vegetable oil in a fry pan, bring to heat, crack egg in, scramble them to small pieces 5. Add onion and tomatoes, cook for 2 mins (medium heat) until tomato juice release 6. Put 4/5 cup of water, bring to boil, cook for 2 mins, add salt 7. Take out the noodles, put in a big bowl, pour tomato soup in 8. Sprinkle the green onion on the noodles, enjoy it.
