Welcome to kitchen 27, today I will share my vegetable soup recipe. I got the Swiss chard from my friend’s garden; I like to use it for my soup. The soup is very versatile and colorful; it is easily modified to include the different vegetables you have on hand, all ingredients are fresh and natural flavor, no extra seasoning required. You can eat it with rice or bread; I hope you like this recipe. Ingredients: Swiss chard: 170g Fresh sweet corn seeds: 200g Grape tomato: 150g Onion: 20g Garlic: 20g Vegetable oil: 2tab Water: 3 cups Salt for taste Steps: 1. Remove green leaves from Swiss chard stem, cut them to small pieces, chop the stem for 1 inch length 2. Chop the onion and garlic to fines pieces 3. Roughly cut the grape tomato to half pieces 4. Break the sweet corn to two pieces, cut the seeds from the core 5. Add vegetable oil in a fry pan, wait the oil get heated (high), put in onions and garlic, stir fry for 1 min, add grape tomato, cook for 2 mins until all the flavor released 6. Pour 3 cups of water, bring to boil, add corn seeds, cook for 2 mins 7. Add Swiss chard, cook for 1 min, add salt for taste 8. Serve in a bowl, eat with bread or rice, enjoy it.
