Materials Needed: Soft and breathable fabric for the tank top and skirt (choose coordinating colors or patterns) Buttons (3 for the skirt) Sewing machine Scissors Pins Measuring tape Iron and ironing board Marking chalk or fabric pen Ruler Step 1: Taking Measurements and Cutting the Fabric Start by measuring your baby's chest, waist, and skirt length. Use these measurements to cut out the fabric for the tank top and the skirt.
