This video demonstrates exercises for thoracic outlet syndrome. The thoracic outlet is an opening at the lower front and side of the neck between two muscles, and carries nerves, arteries, and veins. Injury to the thoracic outlet can cause neck, shoulder, arm and hand symptoms.
