During this long run, I realized how much I rely on my watch to tell me how I’m doing. Even when my body feels good, numbers like pace and heart rate can create doubt — especially when progress doesn’t look the way you expect it to. In this video, I reflect on learning to trust internal signals over external metrics, slowing down even more when needed, and letting training absorb instead of forcing it.
