This is easily available in Indian stores or Amazon.com as grains or as flour. I get the grains and milk it at home, I feel store bought flour is much more easier to work with. This is easy to digest, great alternative to wheat rotis when you want to give rest to your digestive trac. I used to make these rotis for my daughter when she was doing 15 hrs a week gymnastics work out, when she was in competitive gymnastics. Here I have made 4 rotis with one cup of flour. 1 cup flour Half cup warm water Salt to taste 1tsp of ghee/ oil Do give it a try. Thank you !!
