Stir-fried Beef with Rice on the side For Stir-fried Beef: 1 kg cubed beef Two onions A bowl of mushrooms One red pepper One green pepper 50 g butter A teacup of oil a coffee spoon of salt A teaspoon of black pepper For rice; Four cups of rice 50 g butter A jar of boiled chickpeas Half a teacup of olive oil Five cups of hot water A coffee spoon of salt Preparation: We put the finely diced meat in the pot and start cooking, it waters, and when it boils down we add the onion, butter, oil, mushroom, pepper and cook them all well. Finally, add salt and pepper. Soak the rice in salted hot water for 20 minutes. We wash the rice well and drain the water in the strainer, add rice, butter and salt to the pot, and fry it for 6-7 minutes. Add chickpeas, then we pour boiling water and cook it for 10 minutes on low heat. We let the cooked rice rest for 10 minutes without opening the lid, and it is ready to serve.
