Clabbered Milk Biscuits 4 cups all purpose flour 2 Tablespoons baking powder 2 Tablespoons sugar 2 Teaspoons salt 1/2 to 2/3 cup butter 2 cups clabbered milk Preheat oven to 425* Mix all dry ingredients together. Cut in butter with hands, forks, dough cutter, mixer or food processor until it resembles cornmeal. Make a well in the center of flour mixture add milk and mix until combined. Make sure not to over work the dough. Fold dough into thirds and flatten - repeat this three times. Leave dough about an inch thick and cut with floured glass or biscuit cutter.
