ATRO offers a full line of long-lasting polyurethane replacement parts for the Kenworth AirGlide 100 suspension system. We made this video to show you key points in identifying these suspensions, along with details for maintenance, and specs for ATRO parts. OE production of the Kenworth AirGlide 100 began in the 1980s. This suspension features four torque rods: two transverse rods, and two radial track rods. The radial rods running the length of the vehicle can be either 24” for 52” inch axle spread or 25” for a 54” axle spread. The two transverse rods are both a TR59-41376. The OE stabilizer bar rubber wrap bushings are not manufactured with tabs, however, when the bushing is compressed in the housing, the rubber bulges out effectively forming side tabs. ATRO molds these side tabs into the part and the PL1008 bushing. ATRO's PL1184 bushing is molded without tabs. ATRO's AG10000 kit has all the bushings needed to re-bush the torque rods, the stabilizer bar, and the four PL1008 wraps. ATRO WEBSITE LINKS Use the links below to learn more about ATRO products.
