Green chilli (adjust as needed ) . boil the cauliflower and Turnips for 3 minutes . Boil the eggplant 🍆 for 3 minutes . Boil the carrots for 5 minutes . 1 kg Green tomatoes . 2 red bell peppers . 3 Green peppers 🫑 . Grind the Green tomato ,Green peppers ,Red bell peppers ,Garlic and Green chillies all together and cook for 10 minutes . . 3 Litres of cooled water total you need ! . 100g coarse salt . 6 tablespoons of Mustard seed powder . Some Garlic and Green chilies for to look good . Close lid properly . Keep in room temperature for 10 days and will be ready . .
