It is great for deep tanks. Also the Hipargero is great as always I almost wish I would have gotten two. For the sense of diversity I went with two different leds to see which is best. So The Hipargero has a built in timer and digital programing screen. Which Nicrew sells as seprated controller. Still isnt bad thing. I use a digital wall plug timer to run both leds on my time. Plus the hipargero doesnt have a true off button. So running a plug timer with it honestly works best. In my opinion. Nicrew is awesomely powerfull and will help with coral health. You do have to be careful for because it will burn coral if you put them too close.
