Having firmly established myself in what I would consider the "end-game mid-game", I use this episode as a chance to iron out those few last remaining kinks in my supply lines. This - unfortunately for my computer, but fortunately for you - requires a certain level of creative problem solving. If you can't mine something renewably, after all, the solution isn't to whine about it - it is to crack the fabric of spacetime itself and grab a pickaxe. The rules of this run are simple. There are no rules. Out of personal preference, I will avoid exploiting anything broken in an un-fun way, but if it is possible to do in survival singleplayer, it is fair game. Absent a well-defined victory condition, the run ends when my computer runs out of frame rate, I run out of things to break, or the world file is too corrupted to load, and not a moment sooner. If you are inclined to try the pack for yourself, BigDig is on all of the usual modpack distribution platforms. Remember to back up your world regularly - the pack is unstable at the best of times.
