Consciousness in Metacognition

I struggled with the title for this video because there are many unanswered questions around consciousness and particularly its relation to Metacognition. Is it the Brain’s Hidden Power? 🧠 Something unattainable by computers?✨ Is it a hidden power our brain is tapping into? Or perhaps emerging from a process of self reflection. Either way I believe the power of metacognition lives in the conscious regulation of it. So I placed consciousness in metacognition because at this stage there is clearly a relationship there and stating it this way forces you to stop and think about that relationship and what it suggests about learning.
