Fresh Pork - 400 gm 2. Salt to Taste 3. Kashmiri Mirchi Powder - 1 tbsp 4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tbsp 5. Ginger - 10 inch (Roughly Crushed) 6. Garlic - 4 cloves (Roughly Crushed) 7. Green Chilli - 2 nos 8. Onion - 1 nos 9. Mustard Leaves - 1 bunch 10. Warm Water Process.... 1. Properly clean the fresh pork with warm water. 2. On a low gas flame put a kadhai and add fresh pork. 3. add salt to taste 4. Stir and cook on low flame till pork oil releases (10 to 12 mins approx time) 5. After oil released add kashmiri Mirchi Powder, turmeric powder, green chilli, crushed ginger garlic, onion and tomato. 6. Give a good mix and cook on medium flame till all the ingredients becomes soft ( 12 to 15 mins approx time) 7.
