I am on the mats ready to pre-drill and review the previous days lessons with anybody. Then after class, a handful of us currently do 4 iron legs movement. 10 Speed quarter squats, 5 sprawl, 5 mountain climbers and 5 bear crawls. That is one set and we can do it ion 53 seconds. Then we take a 7 second rest and repeat up to 5 sets for 5 minutes of continuous iron legs. T, TH S we do 2 rounds of 6 minute conditioning using the balance ball, push and pull bands, running 4 directional with bands. Then we drill 30-45 minutes of purple belt requirement for the blue belt that has joined me and in 6 sessions, already got compliments on his game.
