Being grounded means rooting your identity, security, and faith in Christ alone. Next Step (do this today): Set aside 12 minutes to identify one area where you’ve been building on “sand” (feelings, opinions, circumstances). Pray and intentionally recommit that area to Christ as your foundation. Reflection question: What is shaking me right now—and what does it reveal about my foundation?
