James Newton Howard - The Huntsman: Winter's War Theme [Extended by Gilles Nuytens] This is an extended version of the theme of the movie « The Huntsman: Winter's War » (2016) composed by James Newton Howard. This is the original music, extended by myself from the original soundtrack. Note: Honestly, I really hated this movie. I understand they had to change the script due to the absence of Kristen Stewart as Snow White but instead, they really should have hired another actress instead of committing this GARBAGE nonsense. Script-writing wise, this movie is an abomination. I feel sorry for the people having worked on that movie... It is a waste of money, time and script-writing-wise, a real insult (changing established facts from a previous movie to give it a sequel is not just lame, it makes the movie a plain fake crap full of discontinuity with massive plot holes, hardly watchable). Writers using the « retroactive continuity » process, aka "retcon", should be banned for life from making movies. However as a stand-alone film it could work maybe but certainly not as a sequel/prequel. Or a sequel from another parallel dimension... Needed to say this. However, I have to admit that the music was great, that was the best thing about this movie... It really didn't deserve this great score. Yes, it is hard, but the retcon process is something I really abhore and is an insult to every writer in the world. And I am a writer.
