INGREDIENTS 1. 1kg pork 2. Onion(1 piece) 3.Ginger(3 piece) 4. Fresh turmeric root (1 piece) 5. Turmeric leaf (1) 6. Hawaijar/ Fermented soybean (2 tbs) 7. Culantro leaves/ awa fadigom (5) 8. Chilli powder (desired amount) 9. Salt to taste Grind all the ginger and half of the amount of onion(half chopped) and grind all the hawajar and make a paste. Chopped turmeric root in medium size. STEPS: 1. Heat up the pork and let it boil till it sweat out 2. Add half of the onion and let it boil in low heat for over 15 mins 3. Add half of the ginger and let it boil in low heat for over 15 mins 4. Add in turmeric leaf and let it boil in low heat for over 15 mins 5. Add salt and culantro leaves and let it boil for over 5 mins 6. Pour water in your desired amount and put in all the choped turmeic root and let it boil in low heat for over 10 mins (Stir it occasionally. 7. Add all the remaining giner and onion and let it boil for some time 8. Add all the hawaijar paste and let it boil for 5 mins and its ready to serve.
