In this video we prepared the healthy and organic fruit kesari recipe in tamil. For fruit kesari recipe, we take 3 cups of water for 1 cup Rava/Sooji (3:1 Ratio) and 2 cups of brown sugar for one cup Rava/Sooji (2:1 Ratio) and Fruits & Ghee as required. And we added 2 cups of Rava to the boiled water and stir continuously to avoid any blocks, then we added 4 cups of brown sugar to it.
