Fue titulada en España como Los Caballeros del Zodiaco: La Leyenda del Joven Escarlata. Se estrenó en 1989. Seiya de Pegaso llega a la Hill Dignity, en donde se encuentra con Atlas de Carina, el Santo de la Corona más poderoso. Atlas se mufa de la muerte Atenea, lo que afecta a Pegaso. Seiya decide atacar a Atlas de Carina; Sin embargo, el Santo de la Corona lo ataca con su Burning Corona y hiere al Santo de Pegaso, dejándolo acostado en el suelo. Burning Saints cuenta con una introducción y dos secciones (AB) donde la introducción nos muestra un juego de timbales que recuerda la batalla, seguido de las secciones A, característica por sus escalas que recuerdan a las famosas fanfarrias de Sanit Seiya. Esta sección destaca por el diálogo entre la cuerda y el viento-metal (llamada y respuesta). La sección B cambia el estilo y nos muestra una sección de violines y trompeta que interpretan el tema principal de la banda sonora. No obstante, esta sección no es escuchado en la escena donde Atlas de Carina se enfrenta a Seiya de Pegaso. Pegasus Seiya arrives at Hill Dignity, where he meets Carina Atlas, the most powerful Corona Saint. Atlas mocks Athena's death, which affects Pegasus.
