This 45-minute Vinyasa + Yin yoga class is designed to improve hip mobility, flexibility, and overall agility while helping you release deep tension stored in the hips and low body. We’ll move through a steady, breath-led Vinyasa flow to build warmth and strength, then transition into longer Yin holds to support deep release, joint health, and nervous system reset. This practice is perfect if you: 1. Sit for long periods 2. Experience tight hips, hamstrings, or low back tension 3. Want to improve mobility and range of motion 4.
