Assalamualaikum! My dear viewers, In this video I have made Chicken Fried Rice. Follow these easy tips and make some at your home! Ingredients used for making Chicken Fried Rice: Vegetables used: Cabbage (½ or ¼) Carrot (a stalk) Beans (3-6 pieces) Garlic (⅓ of a regular size garlic) Ginger (a clove) Green chili (2-4 pieces) Capsicum (whole) Green Onion (3-5 pieces) Key ingredients: Chicken (250 g) Basmati Rice (500 g) Red chilli powder (½ a small spoon) Turmeric powder (½ a small spoon) Ground black pepper (½ a small spoon) Salt (to taste) Soy sauce (about 4 small spoons) Vinger (about 4 small spoons) Mustard oil (as per requirements) Water (as per requirements) Other Ingredients: Red chili Sauce (a small spoon) Recipe to make Chicken Fried Rice: First soak the rice as per your liking and cook it separately and keep it for cooling. Then heat up some oil in a pan and add in the chicken and saute it till it changes colour to white, in high flame. When the chicken has changed it's colour add in the tumeric powder, red chilli powder, ground black pepper powder, salt, soy sauce and vinger and mix it till it becomes a brownish colour then to make the chicken soft and liquefying it add some water and saute it again then change the flame from high to a low and cover it leave it to rest for about two minutes. After two minutes take out the chicken in a container of your desire and keep it aside. Using the same pan, add in some oil in high flame and add the chopped green chili, garlic and ginger and saute it for about a minute and then add the chopped onion and saute it for a minute then add the chopped carrot and beans and saute it for a minute after that add cabbage and saute it again for about a minute and then add in the chopped bel pepper and saute it for about a minute. After all the vegetables have been fried add in some salt to taste and the rest of vinegar and soy sauce as well as red chilli sauce though it is not necessary. Then mix it well till the vegetables turn a brownish colour. After the vegetables have turned into a brownish colour add in the rice and mix it well for about a minute or two then add the chicken and mix it for about a minute then add in the chopped green portion of the green onion and mix it well. Viola! Your Chicken Fried Rice is Ready to Serve! Enjoy!
