However, social tensions have emerged as a consequence. This fast-paced societal change makes it challenging for us, the younger generation, to adapt quickly. The rise of social media has further shifted emotional expression towards online platforms. While this mode of communication is convenient, it often reduces the depth and authenticity of emotional connections. The immediacy and fragmentation of social interactions can make it harder for us to focus on deep and meaningful relationships over time. This social environment intensifies feelings of confusion, anxiety, and loneliness among young people, heightening our longing for emotional stability and a sense of belonging. When I and my partner created this piece, we focused on the social contradictions faced by our generation.
