Give some Boil rice with all spice whole and salt Then prepare the qorma, heat oil add onions, ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, biryani masala, tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder and yogurt mix well amd let it cook. Assemble by adding rice on the qorma and put prepared beef on top with coriander leaves, green chillies and sliced lemon. Lid the pot for 10 minutes Dish out and garnish Fish Boneless Karahi: Ingredients Fish 1/2 kg Onion 1 chopped Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Green chili paste 1 tsp Salt to taste Cumin powder 1 tsp Red chili flakes 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp Curry leaves 8-10 Coriander powder 1 tsp Tomatoes 2 chopped Fenugreek 1 tsp All spice powder ½ tsp Tamarind paste 2 tbsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Green chilies 4 whole Ginger to garnish Coriander leaves to garnish Method: Saute chopped onions in 1/2 cup oil Add all the above mentioned ingredients except tamarind paste Cover with lid for a few minutes, when oil separates add fish, let it cook for a few minutes Dish out and garnish with ginger, coriander and green chillies. Creamy palak: Ingredients: Spinach 1/2 kg Onion 1 chopped Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Green chili paste 1 tbsp Oil 3 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Black pepper 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Cream 5 tbsp Milk 1 cup Green chilies for garnish Ginger for garnish Method: Boil spinach and strain. Blend the strained boiled spinach with milk. In a pan add butter and oil saute chopped onions add ginger garlic and green chilli paste. Add blended spinach. Add the above mentioned spices, when oil starts to separate add cream. Garnish with butter, cream, ginger and green chillies. Baked Creamy Pasta with Meat Balls: Ingredients Meat balls 1 packet Pasta 1 cup Bell pepper 1 sliced Mushrooms 2 tbsp Onion 1 tbsp Plain flour 1 tbsp Milk 1 cup Cream 3 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Oil 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 1 tsp White pepper powder1/2 tsp Chicken stock 1/2 cup Red chili flakes 1 tsp Cheese 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp Mixed herbs 1/2 tsp Spinach chopped 2 tbsp Method: Prepare sauce by heating butter and oil and adding in onions, ginger garlic paste, bell pepper, plain flour let it change color then add milk and chicken stock. Then add black pepper powder, salt, red chili powder and chili flakes. Let it thicken a bit then add boiled pasta, spinach, mushrooms and meatballs. Dish out and garnish with cheese and mixed herb and bake for 5-6 min on 180°.
