Day 47. Started with rice bucket training and really dug into it this time. I’ve been adapting, so I had to experiment with new movements to actually feel the burn again. Found it. Dead hang felt strong but I caught a small shoulder twinge and decided not to push it. Threw in band pull-aparts, then spent most of the session stretching. There was a lot of tension in my neck tonight. I leaned away from the rack and just followed it. Breathed into it. Adjusted activation. Found tension into the shoulder blade too. I had planned on doing curls, but the stiffness made me back off. Another dead hang, some shoulder rolling, neck circles. Sometimes I prefer freestyle stretching over following a YouTube routine. Just feeling things out and letting the body guide the session. Quiet 3AM work.
