Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share this recipe with your friends ❤️ ✅ Ingredients Dough • 200 g flour • 50 g cold butter • 40 g sugar • 3 egg yolks • Pinch of salt • 2 tbsp yogurt or sour cream • 10 g vanilla sugar • 5 g baking powder Filling • 300 g canned peaches Yogurt soufflé • 3 egg whites • Pinch of salt • 150 g powdered sugar • Juice of ½ lemon • 400 g yogurt • 2 tbsp cornstarch Streusel • 50 g brown sugar • 50 g flour • 50 g butter ✅ Step-by-step Recipe Sift the flour and grate cold butter into it. Mix until crumbly. Add sugar and mix again. Add egg yolks, salt, yogurt, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Rub the mixture with your hands to form soft crumbly dough. Press the dough into a 20×30 cm baking dish. Slice peaches and place them on the dough. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and beat to stiff peaks. Add lemon juice. Fold in yogurt gently. Add cornstarch and mix. Pour the soufflé over the peaches. Prepare streusel by rubbing sugar, flour, and butter. Sprinkle streusel on top. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 40 minutes.
