Holding them in only weighs us down. I invite you to put down your defenses for a moment. You don't need any tools or experience—just 8 minutes for yourself. Let my voice guide you to visualize this ocean. As you watch the waves come and go, try to release the heaviness, the grievances, and the anxiety trapped in your chest. With each exhale, gently give them back to the vast ocean. It is okay to be vulnerable. It is okay to cry. And it is okay to let yourself be healed by this moment of peace.
