Marknowhereman's reply: A country whether if it's member of the ICC or not with an accused citizen, who is accused of crimes against humanity, has to face trials before the international criminal court, if he/she being/got investigated by the representatives of the ICC. The Philippines is not a member of the ICC (Duterte did withdraw the Philippines from ICC), yes, but a Philippine citizen is being accused of crimes against humanity, so that citizen is obliged to face trials before the ICC. The Philippines was, still and will be part of the international community. The Philippines is part/member of the United Nations. According to reports: Some Lawyers who defended/represented the oppressed and repressed grassroots under the regime of Duterte were also targeted. Some lawyers were allegedly k*lled by Duterte's henchmen. Someone said: "I am pro killi*g the dr*g addicts!" Marknowhereman's reply: Not all dr*g users are bad people. In fact, we ought to consider them victims. Send the dr*g addicts to rehabilitation centers, no, not k*ll them like stray dogs. If there's a crime where a dr*g user/addict is involved: Let there be a due process, let there be a judicial process. A person who is accused of a crime remains innocent in the eyes of the law, until proven guilty. Additional information: Rights defenders and land defenders were also targeted by the Duterte regime. Our facebook group page: / reaching1filipinofamilyatatime The reason why I upload films/videos about poverty in the Philippines is to spread social awareness. To combat economic inequality, social injustice, oppression, repression, abuse and exploitation: 1st: We have to be aware. 2nd: We should pay attention. 3rd: We are ought to do something about it. We as Filipinos and citizens of this planet should not turn a blind eye, not to play deaf and not to pretend mute. We as human beings have a responsibility to give care and to show compassion to others. We as citizens have a great responsibility to safeguard our ball of genuine democracy. We as citizens have a responsibility to fight tyranny and corruption. A documentary film/video like this one is very important, because it opens our eyes to the unjust societal reality. How could we turn a blind eye on social injustice and huge economic inequality? Wake up, my fellow citizens! My dear friends, here is the link of the newly created GoFundMe fundraiser for the Filipino grassroots: https://www.gofundme.com/f/reaching-o... The last time I did setup a GoFundMe fundraiser was very successful. From 2018 to 2024: More than 1 Thousand families and individuals have been reached out and helped, one at a time. Families and individuals have been given boxes of groceries, sacks of rice and cash money. Some families have given a small startup business, we sent medically sick individuals to clinics/hospitals, we brought some individuals to dental clinics, we did treat out hundreds of families & children to shopping malls & indoor playgrounds. We built brand new houses for some deserving families, we built communal bathrooms/toilets and deep wells for the community in different barangays. We conducted community pantry and feeding programs. We did setup a weekend school for the children. The lists go and on and on, my dear friends. I've been reaching out and giving help to families and individuals since 2006. In 2015: I decided to film the good deeds I do and upload on YouTube, to spread social awareness. In 2018: I did setup a GoFundMe fundraiser. In September 2024: I decided to retire from this and I did close my GoFundMe fundraiser. March 2025: After 6 months, I decided to recontinue the program for the Filipino grassroots. Yes, I retired, but my heart told me and continues to tell me, that I need to recontinue the program. Thank you very much, my dear friends. Yours, Mark
