Then in the remaining oil, add onions, tomatoes, all spices and salt. Cook well. Now add lady fingers, green chilies and tamarind juice. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sabut Masoor Aur Aalu Ka Pulao Ingredients: Boiled rice ½ kg Red lentil (boiled) 2 cups Tomatoes 250 gm Potatoes ½ kg Onions 250 gm Mix whole all spice 2 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Ginger garlic 2 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Green chilies 6 Mint leaves 1 bunch Fresh coriander 1 bunch Oil ½ cup Method: Heat oil and fry the onions. Then add mix all spice and potatoes. Fry well. Now add ginger garlic, tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, green chilies, fresh coriander, mint leaves, boiled rice and boiled red lentil. Mix well, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
