Afghani Chutney: Ingredients: Capsicums 1 Fresh Red Chilies 4 Garlic 6 Cloves Green Coriander ½ Bunch Salt ½ Tsp Red Chili Powder ½ Tsp Vinegar ½ Cup Tomato 2 Method: All Ingredients Blend Well and Serve. Shimla Mirch Rice: Ingredients: Boiled rice 2 cups Capsicums 2 Corn 1 cup Green chilies 4 Tomatoes 2 Onion 1 Turmeric ½ tsp Garlic ginger 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Green coriander 1 bunch Oil 4 tbsp Salt 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Method: Heat oil and fry onion .now green chili, turmeric, tomato, cumin ,ginger garlic ,black pepper and salt add and roast .now add capsicums ,corn ,green coriander and rice add and mix then leave on dum for 5 minutes .
