Hi Friends! I have another quick, easy, delicious casserole for you! Prep time is about 5 mins and it bakes for 20 to 25 mins. So with the addition of some microwave veggies and some small diced roasted potatoes, I had dinner on the in less than 30 mins! Creamy Ritz Chicken Casserole in a large bowl, add: 1 8oz pkg of softened cream cheese (you can also microwave this if you forget to take it out) 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 packet (or 3 T Ranch seasoning) black pepper to taste 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 2 to 3 cups cooked chicken stir well and pour into a greased 7x11 casserole dish In a separate bowl melt 4 T. butter add 1 sleeve of crushed ritz crackers 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp parsley Mix well, crumble over casserole mixture, Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 25 mins.
