Long Dongping, known as the "Veteran Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Doctor of Entrepreneurship," is a serial entrepreneur and thinker with nearly two decades of experience navigating the gritty realities of the business world. The venture grew to nearly 10,000 units, becoming the largest master tenant in Shanghai's Zhonghuan area. In 2015, he transitioned the business from a self-operated model to an industry-enabling platform, which again attracted capital support, with South Korea's KTB Capital investing in the Series B+ round. Subsequently, between 2017 and 2018, as the company entered a phase of rapid growth, it secured Series C and C+ funding from renowned institutions such as Ant Group, Yunfeng Capital, and Giant Network Group. This ultimately scaled the platform's listed properties to over 4 million units, serving tens of millions of tenants. Amidst the rapid business expansion, Long Dongping maintained a clear awareness of the "cognitive ceiling." He chose to pause, enrolled in the highly selective CEIBS Entrepreneurship Camp, and engaged in intense exchanges with top founders from various industries. This experience marked his critical evolution from a "practitioner" to a "thinker." Today, positioning himself as the "Veteran TCM Doctor of Entrepreneurship," he is dedicated to providing entrepreneurs with long-termism-based "diagnoses" through in-depth sharing.
