Here is another workout for BEGINNERS at home! A full body workout routine and you don't need any equipment! This routine is very similar to my first 20 min full body beginner workout! Do your best during the workout, feel free to change some exercises for variations without jumps if it hurts your joints such as your knees. Take breaks if you need them and take your time if you find the exercises challenging! We got this!!! Consistency and persistence are very important in order to see results in your body and your performance. You can do this workout 3-4 times a week and combine it with some of my other workouts!
