Please take a moment to like, subscribe and share; do let us know how it tastes!!! ********* Ingredients: Ghee - 2 tsp Cumin - 1 tsp Garlic - 1tsp Quinoa - 1 bowl Sliced Onion - half bowl Carrot - 1 bowl Capsicum - 1 bowl Beans - 1 bowl Peas - 1 bowl Tomato - 1 bowl Diced Paneer - 1 Bowl Salt - as per taste Black pepper - 1 tsp Red chilli Powder - 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala - 2 tsp Chopped Coriander Calories: 318.68 | Carbs: 32.27 | Fats: 13.66 | Proteins: 15.87 ( per 250 gram) ********* Procedure: 1. Take a pan and add 2tsp of gee, 1tsp Cumin, and wait until cumin separates well. 2. Now add some chopped Garlic. and sliced Onion and cook for some time. 3. After caramelizing the onion, add some vegetables like Carrot, Capsicum, and Beans and mix it very well. 4. Now add some Peas and chopped tomatoes, and diced Paneer and sauté it. 5. Now add some spices, viz; salt, Balck Pepper, Red chilli Powder, and Pav Bhaji Masala, and mix thoroughly. 6. After mixing all the above spices, now add 1 bowl of quinoa and some water to it and mix it well. 7. Now close the lid for 10-15 mins and let it cook over a slow/medium flame. 8. Now take the lid out and here you Quinoa & Paneer Tawa Pulao is ready to be served. 9. Add some Coriander Leaves to garnish it. 10.
