During a property clearance some time back, we uncovered something we didn’t fully appreciate until later and while sorting at our premises, we rediscovered it: three original ink drawings on hotel napkins linked to the Dutch Grand Prix era (1963–1965) at Zandvoort. These napkins appear to come from Hotel Bouwes, Zandvoort, and include handwritten passages and signatures that may relate to motorsport legends and broadcasting of the time including British Formula One legends such as Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart, John Surtees, Graham Hill and others connected to the 1960s racing world. Condition note: these pieces are heavily water damaged, so we’re treating this as a preservation-first discovery. In this video we: • Show the napkins as found and discuss the context • Share the names/signatures we believe may be present • Ask the community for help identifying any signatures or references we’ve missed (including the mention of a “Gay Dog Racing School” — if you know what this refers to, please comment) If you recognise any of the handwriting or can confirm signatures, please comment with timestamps, we’ll compile findings and share an update. #DutchGrandPrix #Zandvoort #MotorsportHistory #F1Memorabilia #RacingAutographs
