It is said that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but I would say that beauty is in the ears of the listener. My great love for singing started with classical music, and I had a great desire to share these wonderful pieces with everyone, the beauty of which I am enthralled with every time I sing them or hear them performed by others. The bright, extraordinary, fascinating, virtuosic and sometimes sad beauty in my chosen works ignites in the soul the desire to live as the music sounds. It may not seem like a surprise, but my first record is not a normal collection of soprano arias recorded with an orchestra! Here, too, I could not avoid my passion for experimentation. The feeling of a big orchestra is created by my lovely quartet, with whom we have been working together for many years, with arrangements created by Andrus Rannaääre. Piano - Auli Teppo, violins - Katariina Maria Kits and Ann Meeta Teppo, and cello - Andreas Lend. I am happy that Heigo Rosin was also involved in the recording of the record, who added dynamism and colors to the songs in the form of percussion instruments. My long-time stage partners Andrei Bogach and Ksenia Rossar joined in the duets. Öeldakse, et ilu on vaataja silmades, kuid mina ütleks hoopis, et ilu on kuulaja kõrvades. Minu suur armastus laulmise vastu algas just klassikalisest muusikast ning tekkis suur soov jagada kõigiga neid imekauneid teoseid, mille ilust vaimustun iga kord, kui neid laulan või satun kuulama teiste esituses. Särav, eriilmeline, vaimustav, virtuoosne ning mõnikord nukker ilu minu valitud teostes sütitab hinges soovi elada nii nagu muusika kõlab. See ei pruugi juba tunduda üllatusena aga minu esimene plaat pole tavaline orkestriga salvestatud soprani aariate kogumik! Ka siin ei suutnud oma eksperimenteerimse ja katsetamise kirest mööda minna. Suure orkestri tunde tekitab minu armas kvartett, kellega oleme juba aastaid koostööd teinud, Andrus Rannaääre loodud seadetega. Klaveril - Auli Teppo, viiulid - Katariina Maria Kits ja Ann Meeta Teppo ning tšellol - Andreas Lend. Olen õnnelik, et plaadi salvestusel lõid kaasa ka Heigo Rosin, kes andis lugudele löökpillide näol juurde särtsu ja värve.
