Hey everybody! Here's the next episode of Chordplay with The Chords Of Jerry Reed. I created a Three-For-All lesson surrounding Jerry Reed earlier this year and since that time I've had a ton of requests/feedback to feature more of his music, which made me very happy to see, as he's been a musical influence on me since I was a little kid and before I even played guitar - so let's dive in! Jerry's quirky guitar style and music are very difficult to perform, and while this lesson features an assortment of "easy" Jerry Reed moments, there's nothing in this lesson that's actually easy to play - it's all hard, but most of the material featured here is easier to play some of his scarier/crazier stuff. This lesson includes chord-based sections from songs such as Navy Blues, Mule Skinner Blues, Tennessee Stud, Blues Land, If I Promise, and Swingin' '69 - to name a few. Needless to say, if you're a fan of Jerry Reed's music, a fan of classic country guitar playing from the 1960s/1970s, a player searching for some slick chord moves to stick in their bag of ideas, a player wanting to explore fingerstyle playing further, or maybe you're just curious what all the fuss is about - this lesson is totally for you!
