From there, the drive heads north to Campbell Town, returning to the free RV camp we passed in the last episode for a peaceful overnight stop. Next up is the historic town of Ross—a true gem that feels like stepping into the English countryside. Cobbled streets, grand old buildings, the iconic convict-built bridge and a striking church set the scene. The day unfolds wandering through the town’s rich merino wool heritage and visiting the old women’s convict factory. A reminder of just how tough life was back then.
