Ingredients: 1 kg Chicken 3 cups Basmati Rice 1 tsp Ginger Powder 1 tsp Black Pepper 2 Mace (Javitri) 2 Black Cardamoms 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp Fennel Seeds 2 tsp Cumin Seeds 2 Cinnamon Sticks 5-6 Green Chilies Red Chili Powder Saffron (soaked in water) Lemon Juice Salt (to taste) 1-2 tbsp Oil Finely chopped Onion Ginger & Garlic Paste Steps: Prepare the spice powder and divide it for chicken and rice. Marinate chicken with spices, red chili paste, ginger & garlic paste, lemon juice, saffron color, and salt for 1 hour. Cook chicken on low heat with a little oil on a stand. In a separate pot, fry onions, green chilies, and the spice mix. Add rice and water, cook covered for 15 minutes. Give the cooked chicken some smoke and place it on the rice.
