Meghalaya presented its implementation of ABDM at the Meghalaya Institute of Mental Health and Neurological Sciences, highlighting EHR adoption in specialised care and a dedicated PMU structure. Uttar Pradesh shared learnings from a PM-JAY ICU fraud detection pilot, highlighting issues such as non-indicative admissions and long lengths of stay, and outlined reforms including a critical care speciality in the TMS and auto-approval policies to strengthen oversight.
