This is a 15 minute core workout for you to follow along with me. It’s suitable for everyone as there are regressions as well as progressions for the exercises What is exercise regression and progression? An exercise regression is simply an approach to decrease the demand of an exercise or movement. Conversely, a progression does the opposite by increasing the demand incrementally through minor changes. A strong core will ensure you have a strong posture and help you to brace the core when we are doing your other exercises. Today we are doing 6 exercises each done for 45 seconds back to back. If you find 45 seconds too long then just rest until the next exercise starts or you can pause the video. We are doing 2 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between. You can do as many rounds as you want!
