On 30th September at Whisky Live Paris 2024, Ichiro Akuto & Yumi Yoshikawa from Chichibu held a Masterclass to cover the production process of Chichibu as well as the future of the distillery. To taste, 6 expressions were brought including Chichibu On The Way's newest release and a bunch of single casks including beer cask and several others. We hope you enjoy this Masterclass and hearing from Ichiro Akuto as it is not every day that one gets to be in front of these two due to them always residing in Japan.
