‘Rashtriya Ekta Diwas’ celebrated in Jajpur with unity runs led by police, students

The Jajpur district celebrated Rashtriya Ekta Diwas (National Unity Day) on Friday with great enthusiasm, marking the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Events were organized by Dharmasala and Jenapur police stations, highlighting the spirit of unity, peace, and national integration. At Dharmasala, IIC Ranjan Kumar Majhi led a Unity Run that began at Mahotsav Padia and passed through Jarka Bazaar, Buddha Chhak, and Dharmasala Bazaar before concluding at the police station. Over 50 students from Bhuban Physical Academy and police personnel participated in the event. Similarly, at Jenapur, IIC Nirupama Jena led another unity run starting from the local high school ground, covering major market routes.
