Our intention for class today is to stretch our upper bodies. How often do we work out our upper body and not stretch our shoulders, arms, and chest? Please join me for a quick upper body stretch flow today.  Before you begin this flow please make sure that your body is warm and you have either done an upper body workout or sun salutations.  Today’s class will focus on releasing what no longer serves us, and invite lightness into the upper body and heart. Before beginning a new fitness or yoga routine, please make sure you’ve consulted a medical professional.
