Ingredients Basmati Rice: 1kg Podina: half bunch Salt: 3tbsp Vinegar: 1tbsp Green Chillies: 6-7 Sonf: 2tbsp Chicken: 1kg Tomato: 1/2kg Onion: 1/2kg Oil: 2cup Salt: 2tbsp Turmeric: 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder: 2tbsp Lemon Juice: 1/2cup Aloo Bukhara: 10 Green Chilli:6-7 Imli Pulp: 1/2cup Cinnamon; 5sticks Black Pepper 1&1/2tbsp Cloves: 5-6 Bayleaf: 1 Corriander: 1tbsp Javetri: 1small Jaifal: 1/2 Badiyan ka phool: 2 Zeera: 1tbsp Bari Elaichi: 2 Choti Elaichi: 10-12 Method 1- Soak rice for 1 hour. 2- Grind cinnamon sticks, bayleaf, jaifal, javetri, badiyan ka phool, zeera, black pepper, corriander, cloves, bari elaichi, choti elaichi to make biryani masala. 3-Fill pan with water and add salt, sonf, podina, green chillies, vinegar and bring it to boil. Add rice and boil until al dente. Drain and set aside 4- In a pan add oil and fry onions till brown. Remove some onions for later use. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste and cook till chicken changes its color to golden. Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft. Add salt red chilli, turmeric and cook for 2-3 mins. Add yogurt and cook till water dries and oil separates. Add green chillies, aloo bukhara, imli, lemon juice and combine well. Add biryani masaka and cook for 2-3 mins. 5- In a pot add oul and spread evenly. Add half of the boiled rice, add chicken and then add remaining rice. Add yellow food color, fried onion and mint. Cover and cook on high heat for 2-3 mins with constant rotating. Then reduce heat to minimum and cook for further 10 mins.
