Welcome to this calming, heart-centered meditation. In this journey, we begin by settling into the breath — simple, natural, alive — an anchor to this present moment. From there, we open to the universe, not with force, but with gentle permission. Like flowers blooming in their own time, we let our awareness expand and soften. Thoughts, sensations, emotions — all are allowed to spin like galaxies in space, seen with a spacious, loving presence. We observe what arises without clinging or pushing away. In this allowing, our wounded places begin to feel safe enough to heal. No fixing. Just being. And from this place of openness, we invite someone dear to us into our awareness. We hold them with compassionate intention, gently wishing them peace, ease, and healing — like a whisper of lovingkindness carried on the wind. This meditation is about resting in presence, allowing life to unfold as it will, and touching the vastness of the universe within and around us. #meditation
