We cover: The Matomäki study showing durability adapts independently of VO2max Steady vs stochastic durability (and why they need different approaches) Why your long rides might be testing your limits rather than extending them How strength training slows durability loss (Rønnestad's research) Why getting fitter is itself a durability strategy What to avoid: fasted rides, endless volume, and confusing durability with suffering The key principle behind every session I use?
