This approach was created by Anne-Marie Jobin an Art therapist from Quebec. You don't need to be creative or good at drawing, it is accessible to everyone and the aim of this approach is for wellbeing! Our feelings matter because they exist for a reason: they point us toward our needs. Emotions aren’t about being needy or overwhelming—they’re signals meant to help us care for ourselves and find balance. Yet many of us were never shown how to understand or manage what we feel. In this video, I explore how creativity can help us tend to our emotional world with patience and compassion. Emotions are like plants: they don’t ask for perfection, only attention.
