In this episode I'll show you an approach to get away from the wall with 3 drills. Essentially what these 3 drills aim to do, is to break up the full motion of kicking up into handstand and holding it into its pieces. Work on each drill and give yourself time to understand and control it. The ultimate goal is to integrate them into one movement.
