We live at the mercy of our ideas, because the will can only act in terms of the ideas and feelings that we have. Deliverance from domination by feelings comes though knowledge of what is good and surrender to the love of God. Transformation into Christlikeness is a function of the mind – one must think differently in order to be transformed. Your greatest freedom is where you direct your mind!
